Free resources for your group!

Last chance to sign up and register your group for WWF's Earth Hour, which takes place on 26 March 2011. We hope that you will join us and be an important part of this global display of hope for a world with a bright future. Your group counts, so please register now to receive our FREE resource for 2011.

WWF's Earth Hour is a global event and gives you the chance to unite with people around the world, to make a bold statement about the need to tackle climate change and protect the natural world - now and for future generations.

Climate change is one of the most serious problems we face. Changing weather patterns, warming seas and melting ice are devastating for both people and wildlife. Urgent global action is needed if we are to avoid the worst impacts of climate change and safeguard our world. WWF's Earth Hour is your chance to show you care enough to take positive action.

Our theme for groups in 2011 is 'Wear it Bright!', and I am sure our resource pack will inspire you to have fun with your own Earth Hour celebration! And we have a range of resources to support you, including:
  • New support pack for groups - available to download now
  • A climate change information pack
  • Ideas to help you promote your activities to your local press.
We very much hope that you will join us in 2011 for WWF's Earth Hour.

Please share your stories and pictures with me (dneale@wwf.org.uk) and in return, you will receive a certificate of participation for your group. We very much hope that you will join us in 2011. Register now!.
