For those interested in applying for EPA funding in the above project, please note the additional relevant information as of May 30th 2011.
"The awardee would have access to DCENR data from their current pilot study for the passive acoustic monitoring of beaked whales (which could feasibly be used as a reference station referred to in bullet point 4)."
