This seminar is geared towards architects, engineers, site assessors, landscape designers and planners. Participants will gain a good grounding in constructed wetland and reed bed layout requirements, maintenance requirements, advantages and limitations. The seminar is designed to help you assist your clients in selecting the best natural treatment systems available by offering a thorough and balanced background to treatment wetlands as part of your overall portfolio of skills and services.
There will be a site visit to a local domestic-scale constructed wetland in the afternoon.
