We have had a really strong response to the Wanted:Apples request made (see below press release). The Evening Echo featured it last week and we are due to be featured on the 6 o'clock RTE news this evening!! And we have been getting lots of phone calls with offers of apples and also pears. So if you could help with any of the following it would be much appreciated - its good fun and you will get to sample the resulting produce whatever it may be! Currently there are only 4 of us involved in picking etc - we hope not to have to turn away offers so could do with some help.
We need:
help picking fruit
help processing fruit
expertise on juice making - how to store it especially
glass/plastic containers to store juice in - lots of them!!
offers of help for other ways to use the fruit - jam/pies etc etc
