For Food and Photography enthusiasts Local Campus has two very interesting pieces of information today:

*Kamal Mouzawak from Beirut, Lebanon, chef, food writer, food visionary, will explain how people on the periphery were persuaded to grow food for those in the centre of his country. Kamal set up the first Farmers Market in Lebanon. He speaks of National tradition of food, and food education. He quotes "Be the change you want to see"!
