Carbon and Social Credit Scheme (2CS) Brief

Dear All,
The Dublin Regional Authority hereby gives notice of intention to carry out a
scoping and feasibility study on carbon credit and social credit (voluntary
activity) trading in South Dublin County Council adminstrative area.
This evidence-based study on the introduction of a loyalty system for the
distribution of carbon/social points among citizens, retailers, schools,
community groups, local service providers etc aims to change the pattern of
citizen's behaviour towards activities which will create more viable
communities and reduce CO2 emissions and the environmental impact of
consumption.

We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced persons/consultants to
carry out this study and to develop a carbon accounting methodology/social
credit evaluation mechanism.

Tenders are invited to be received no later than 4pm Monday October 25th.
The brief is available from the office and for more information please contact
the Dublin Regional Authority on 00353 (0)1 8074482.
