Castle owners warned unauthorised developments 'undermining nature conservation'
Waterford County Council has issued a Warning Letter to the owners of Strancally Castle, Michael and Giancaria Allen-Buckley. The Letter, which is the first step in taking Court action, requires the owners to submit a plan to restore 10 hectares of riverside land they had developed since their purchase in 2000.
