Bantry House Country Courses (www.bantryhousecountrycourses.com) needs some help! - We're so busy setting up courses and working on the infra-structure that we don't get round to the publicity side of things...
The project is about rebuilding the mixed farm at Bantry House and showing people how all the different parts fit together to create community, good food, healthy environment, jobs, etc. And the courses allow people to come and have a brilliant day learning the different skills involved. This is not going to happen over-night obviously, but already the courses are getting great feed-back ("this was a truely wonderful course.." "loved it!").
Anyway, if anyone out there wants to help out, make a paid job for themselves, whatever, we'd love to hear from them. There's huge potential, too, for commercial growers of herbs, vegetables, grains, fruits, livestock of all sorts - and you'd be part of a really exciting project..
