Public Consultation on EIA Guidance Document for DAFF EIA (Agriculture) Regulations 2011

Following the introduction of the European Communities (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Agriculture) Regulations 2011) (SI 456 of 2011), the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Food has now published, on its website, the draft EIA Guidance document for public consultation.
