Bird Atlas event 19th June, Dunmanway

BirdWatch Ireland, in partnership with the British Trust for Ornithology and the Scottish Ornithological Society are currently undertaking the production of a major Atlas project to map the distribution of breeding and wintering birds throughout Ireland and Britain. Last year we assisted with this project.

This is the last year of visits in the field to collect records of breeding birds in the County. To find out more information on how to get involved it is imperative that you contact Rick ASAP. It is important that you contact him asap so he can arrange transport to sites etc.

It is a great day out. Everyone will be in a small group led by an experienced birder.
